Passion fruit pulp straight from the freezer keeps its sharpness, so this needs no syrup. Swap the sparkling water for prosecco for the adults.
Ingredients
- 200g Frozen Passion Fruit
- 1 litre chilled sparkling water
- Juice of 2 limes
- Honey to taste
- Mint and ice to serve
Method
Step 1: Thaw the passion fruit for 10 minutes and stir in the lime juice and honey.
Step 2: Divide between four glasses over ice.
Step 3: Top with sparkling water, stir once and finish with mint.
