Strawberry & Cauliflower
Can’t think of a better way to start the day than with this gorgeous frozen strawberry smoothie bowl. Thank you to our own Aus Hockeyroos player #8, Georgia Wilson, for sharing your recipe with us. Go girl! . Here’s what Georgia puts in the bowl:
- 1 banana Handful of My Berries’ frozen strawberries
- 100ml almond milk
- 1 scoop of coconut protein powder or skim milk powder
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower heads (Georgia promises you can’t taste them.. we are trusting her word hehe) .
- Blend for 2-3 minutes before serving with fresh berries, fresh tropical dragonfruit and buckinis. . Recipe | : @the_nourished_athlete
